Will Wang Graylin, Founder and CEO
ROAM Data is Will’s fourth high-tech start up in the mobile and payments space, since his masters thesis at MIT on "Addressing The Complexity of Mobile Computing" in 1999. Founded in 2005 ROAM Data enables secure mCommerce applications and functions for small and large merchants across virtually any computing device. Previous credits include CEO of WAY Systems, the world’s first pocket size point of sale (POS) solution and service, acquired by Verifone: founder and CEO of EntitleNet, a security software company enabling Web and eCommerce applications with secure access management, sold to BEA Systems (now part of Oracle) and President of Marbles (later Skyfire Technologies,) the world’s first thin-client mobile software company focused on enterprise mobile workforce applications. Will earned two Masters degrees from MIT (MBA & MSEECS) after serving as a US Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer for nearly 6 years, (he was the first Chinese immigrant to serve in that role, after being naturalized as a US citizen in 1987.)

Dr. Michael Arner, Co-Founder and CTO
Michael is one of the premier architects in the field of mobile software development and applications, having helped launch multiple wireless software companies with Will Graylin - including Skyfire Technologies in 1998 where he was co-founder and CTO, and WAY Systems in 2002. Michael has designed a number of solutions for enterprise and mobile users. As an early adopter of SOA and .NET technologies, he has also created Enterprise level software solutions for various Cambridge area high-tech companies. Michael received his B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon and his Ph.D. in English Literature from Boston University.

Ken Paull, EVP of Sales & Marketing
Ken has over 20 years in senior management roles in the electronic payments industry including senior vice president at RBS Lynk (now WorldPay), vice president at Triton Systems and general manager at VeriFone. He was responsible for building and rapidly growing what is now WorldPay’s national account payments division while also directing the turnaround of what had been a declining ATM processing business. While at Triton, the company surpassed NCR as the second largest domestic ATM supplier and also became the global leader in retail ATM deployments. At VeriFone, Ken built their major account, retail division which has become one of the largest segments of their business. Most recently, Ken has held positions of board director at Access to Money, director at Market Platform Dynamics and president of Pax. A native of the Boston area, Ken holds a B.S. in Marketing and Communications from Babson College, as well as an MBA in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University.

John Frontz, CFO
John has 30 years of Accounting, Finance, M&A and Treasury experience. John spent 13 years with US WEST / Media One in various finance leadership roles, helping to create and deploy broadband Triple play/ CATV and Wireless businesses around the globe. At US WEST he helped complete a $2.5 Billion investment with Time Warner Entertainment in 1993. He also served in London as the International Controller and CFO for Media One’s International broadband CATV ventures in Europe, which later sold to AT&T Broadband in 2000 for $62.5 Billion, an increase of $50 Billion since it’s spin-off from US WEST in 1998. The other international ventures that Media One created were sold off individually, creating tangible shareholder value of over $10 billion. John has a proven track record of taking new concepts and technologies from infancy to operational success. Frontz holds a BS in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a CPA license in the State of Colorado.

Bill Bachrach, COO
Bill has a wealth of leadership experience with start-up and established companies, delivering value by focusing on people, plans, and processes. Bill has worked in the Mobile and Payments industry since 2000, when he co-founded InphoMatch which became the largest text messaging company in the US. In 2004, this company merged with MobileWay, was renamed Mobile 365, and was acquired by Sybase for $410M in 2006, and is now part of SAP. After that Bill joined Will Graylin at WAY Systems, where he was General Manager and head of operations, leading the company’s through its rapid growth stage. Prior to joining ROAM, Bill was the President of C&D Technologies-Power Electronics Division where he integrated and stabilized a global electronics company, and successfully led the sale to Murata Manufacturing Company. Bill’s extensive experience in leading mobile, payments and electronics companies makes him a great asset to ROAM Data. Bill has a Ph.D. in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from Northwestern University and Master’s Degree from MIT-Sloan School of Management.

Bill Kincaid, VP of Payment Services
Bill was founder and President of Kincaid Technologies (KT), a payment gateway company he ran since 1997. KT was acquired by ROAM Data in 2009. Kincaid Technologies designed and installed hundreds of payment systems for various merchants and retailers, from Market Basket to AppleBees, and hosted a gateway that processed over a billion transactions per year. Bill is one of the country's leading experts on payment systems and processing. Prior to running KT, Bill was a lead architect at EDS Electronics.

Stu Fullerton, VP of Sales
Stu has over 30 years of professional sales experience working in Enterprise Software and Payment Services businesses. He was VP of Sales at WAY Systems, 2nd largest Mobile POS Services company in the U.S. with 3 years of triple digit growth, VP of Sales at Clear Commerce, leading e-Commerce software company where he grew the customer base from 30 to over 70,000 users. Customers including Apple, Best Buy, Staples, Sun, First Data, HP, HSBC, Verifone, and others; He was also VP Sales at Aruna Software, Business Intelligence software, Director of Sales at Tandem Computers responsible for over $250MM annual revenue. Stu has a B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University and also worked for IBM and Honeywell early in his career.

Robert Stringer, VP of Products & Marketing
Rob has been helping companies grow their top line ever since graduating from Babson with his MBA in 2002. In the four years following business school, Rob built a direct sales wine business from $0 to $10 million, personally growing the company’s sales force from 10 to 2,000 active consultants and opening up 24 new states. Up to the time he joined ROAM Data in 2009, Rob was a consultant working with his clients on customer loyalty initiatives, product development, marketing and sales. Rob has delivered his consulting engagements throughout the US and abroad. Rob brings a passion for listening to the customer to grow a business.

Vince Tallent
Previously Chief Financial Officer and executive board member of Mach Group (the leading global mobile clearing and settlement company in the world). He spent the last fourteen years within the telecommunications, media & technology industry, working with and being a key member of several senior management teams to help create and deliver value to shareholders. Vince gained extensive experience working with Public and Private Company Boards and their shareholders, who have been either Venture Capitalists, Private Equity Groups or Public Market investors / Institutions. He has focused on international business, recently specializing in wireless data services in mature markets and wireless voice services in emerging markets such as Africa, Middle East, India and China.

The founder and for 25 years, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Hypercom, one of the nation’s leading point-of-sale terminal providers, George is recognized as a payment industry icon and innovator. Currently he is president of Atlantitech, a company that provides computerized vessel management systems for fast megayachts.

Damien Balsan
Damien has been in the Mobile and Payment industry for more than a dozen years. He is currently the Director of Mobile Payments and NFC at Nokia; founding VP of Marketing and Business Development at WAY Systems; GM of Latin America Sales and Head of Mobile Payments for Gemplus, selling to some the largest Mobile Operators in the world.

Alan Luce
Alan is a 25 year veteran of the Direct Sales industry. He was a former Chairman of the Direct Sales Association (DSA) and Chairman of the Direct Sales Education Foundation. He is currently President of Luce & Associates where his company advises various Direct Sales companies with their marketing, sales and IT needs. Alan was also the General Counsel at Tupperware, SVP of PartyLite Gifts and President of DKFL.
