Will Wang Graylin, Founder and CEO
Will has started five companies focused on mobile computing, security and payments since his graduate thesis on “Addressing the Complexity of Mobile Computing” at MIT nearly a decade ago. Before ROAM, he was founder and CEO of WAY Systems, a mobile Point Of Sales (POS) services company.He grew WAY from zero to the #2 Mobile POS provider in the U.S. and was honored with the 2005 “Movers & Shakers Award” by Transaction World magazine.

Prior to WAY he was founder and CEO of EntitleNet, a security software company, sold to BEA Systems for a profit in 2001. Before that he was founding President of Skyfire Technologies, a mobile software company focused on enterprise applications for mobile workforces. He earned two Masters degrees from MIT (MBA & MSEECS) after serving as a US Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer for nearly 6 years.


 

Dr. Michael Arner, CTO
Michael is one of the premier architects in the field of mobile software development and applications, having helped launch multiple wireless software companies including Skyfire Technologies in 1998, a mobile terminal server platform pioneer for which he served as co-founder and CTO.

Michael architected various mobile software solutions and applications focused on enterprises and mobile users. As an early adopter of SOA and .NET technologies, he has also built numerous Enterprise level software solutions and applications for various companies. Michael received multiple degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon, and earned his Ph.D. in English Literature from Boston University.


 

John Rodley, VP of Engineering
John has over 20 years of software development experience in the startup space, including leadership roles at handheld mobile software companies Skyfire and Wivid, where he lead the successful implementation of complex mobile software solutions and projects. He played a major development role at Business Research/First Call through its acquisition by Thomson Financial and he was CTO/cofounder of the EAI consultancy Radius Partners until its acquisition by Fundtech. He is an expert on diverse computing topics and wrote one of the first books on Java. John received his Computer Science degree from Suffolk University in Boston.


 

H. Jezzibell He, VP of Operations
Jezzibell is an exceptional leader who has worked in high-tech start-ups most of her career, beginning with Above.Net (Internet backbone company) where she helped the company go through its IPO, as well as multiple mergers and acquisitions. She was then recruited by Akamai (NASDAQ: AKAM - distributed computing platform company that came out of MIT), where she helped manage Akamai's massive production infrastructure through the period of the company's explosive growth. She also ushered in new products from inception to customer deployment while at Akamai.

Prior to joining ROAM Data, Jezzibell built and grew the team responsible for delivery and support of the entire product line for Lightspace Corporation (co-founded by the former CTO of Lycos, Ken Lang). Her educational background includes Business Administration and Project Management, as well as Fine Arts. She studied at Boston University, San Jose State University, and the Project Management Institute.


 

Stu Fullerton, VP of Sales
Stu has over 30 years of professional sales experience working in Enterprise Software and Payment Services businesses. He was VP of Sales at WAY Systems, 2nd largest Mobile POS Services company in the U.S. with 3 years of triple digit growth, VP of Sales at Clear Commerce, leading e-Commerce software company where he grew the customer base from 30 to over 70,000 users. Customers including Apple, Best Buy, Staples, Sun, First Data, HP, HSBC, Verifone, and others; He was also VP Sales at Aruna Software, Business Intelligence software, Director of Sales at Tandem Computers responsible for over $250MM annual revenue. Stu has a B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University and also worked for IBM and Honeywell early in his career.

Founder and chairman of ROAM and has run 4 different high tech start-ups for the past 9 years ever since obtaining his dual masters at MIT.

Vince Tallent
Previously Chief Financial Officer and executive board member of Mach Group (the leading global mobile clearing and settlement company in the world). He spent the last fourteen years within the telecommunications, media & technology industry, working with and being a key member of several senior management teams to help create and deliver value to shareholders. Vince gained extensive experience working with Public and Private Company Boards and their shareholders, who have been either Venture Capitalists, Private Equity Groups or Public Market investors / Institutions. He has focused on international business, recently specializing in wireless data services in mature markets and wireless voice services in emerging markets such as Africa, Middle East, India and China.

Alan Luce
Alan is a 25 year veteran of the Direct Sales industry. He was a former Chairman of the Direct Sales Association (DSA) and Chairman of the Direct Sales Education Foundation. He is currently President of Luce & Associates where his company advises various Direct Sales companies with their marketing, sales and IT needs. Alan was also the General Counsel at Tupperware, SVP of PartyLite Gifts and President of DKFL.

Damien Balsan
Damien has been in the Mobile and Payment industry for more than a dozen years. He is currently the Director of Mobile Payments and NFC at Nokia; founding VP of Marketing and Business Development at WAY Systems; GM of Latin America Sales and Head of Mobile Payments for Gemplus, selling to some the largest Mobile Operators in the world.

Kim Holland
President of Asia Pac and VP of North America for Direct Selling companies Amkey, Inc. (healthcare and skincare) and Alliance NGN (Next Gen VoIP products), responsible for 70,000 distributors in 9 countries.  Former President of Crest Communications, Managing Director of CDG (China Digital Group) impacting sales & marketing for various multinational corporations. Kim is fluent in Chinese.

George Wallner
The founder and for 25 years, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Hypercom, one of the nation’s leading point-of-sale terminal providers, George is recognized as a payment industry icon and innovator. Currently he is president of Atlantitech, a company that provides computerized vessel management systems for fast megayachts.
