Provisioning & Registration Process

Device and Application provisioning can take place via the web or our 24x7 Call Center. We make it very easy for an organization to provision their Distributors. Using web-based workflows that are similar to e-commerce sites, Distributors from your organization can sign themselves up.

After registration, an SMS (text message) is sent to the end user whereby clicking a link starts the ROAM Player provisioning process. A dynamically-generated ROAM Player is uploaded to the device based on carrier and device type.

If your Distributors do not have a mobile phone or need to upgrade, our partnership with Sprint will allow them to purchase equipment right from our site.
