Delivery of commerce applications to mobile phones has been stymied by the plethora of different devices, operating systems, carriers, and payment processors. The acquisition of Kincaid Technologies expands ROAM’s Mobile Commerce Service – by adding seamless and secure access to all major payment processors dramatically expanding ROAM’s distribution network as well as adding various payment options for its customers.
